The Company provides technical support services, software development, and business process automation. Services are provided under the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement defines the terms of use for IT outsourcing services provided by "Outsourcing IT" company. Please read the text carefully before starting cooperation.

The Contractor undertakes to provide services with quality and on time. The Customer undertakes to provide necessary information and system access, as well as pay for services promptly.
The Contractor is not liable for losses arising from the Customer's actions or force majeure circumstances. Maximum liability is limited to the payment amount under the relevant contract.
Payment is made according to the rates specified in the commercial offer. Refunds are possible only in case of non-provision of services due to the Contractor's fault, confirmed by documentation.
The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of commercial and technical information obtained during cooperation, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Agreement may be amended by the Contractor with notification to the Customer. The Customer has the right to refuse services by notifying the Contractor at least 30 calendar days in advance.
